Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has shipped, please note that Petal Her is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed shipments that may occur. We ask that you reach out to the shipping carrier directly for assistance regarding any delivery-related concerns that you may have.

Address Confirmation
We urge you to double-check and confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before you submit your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to the address once the order has been placed, so please ensure everything is correct.

Signature Required
To guarantee the safe arrival of your order, all shipments will require a direct signature upon delivery. This measure is in place to protect your purchase.

No Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, which are either fresh or preserved, please be aware that all sales are final. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

Preserved Flowers Care
Our preserved floral arrangements are thoughtfully designed to last anywhere from 1 to 3 years when given the proper care. We recommend keeping them away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and any sources of water to help extend their lifespan and maintain their beauty.

Custom Orders & Deposits
For those interested in custom bouquet orders, please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your unique design. The remaining balance will be due on the day of delivery.
